I'm Back!
Just over a year since my last post?
Sigh.
Well, life brings us different challenges and interests wax and wane so I guess my glacial updating schedule shouldn't surprise me. I do have several posts nearly written and pictures all but ready however I've simply yet to have the interest in finishing them. Maybe one day soon.

Today was a good day, though. Despite waking up with my quarterly head cold from hell I was able to find an excuse to take a ride! This time I dared to see if the Aero's battery was still strong enough to start the bike. With a little patience I was able to start her and take an hour and a half spin!
As the tank was nearly empty I added some fresh fuel and stopped by the parts store for a bottle of Sea Foam. I've got a number of routine spring maintenance jobs to do on the bike and running Sea Foam through the fuel system is just one. Tires, wiring, fluid lines, brakes, and just about any other moving part will need to be checked out before the best riding weather arrives.
After picking up groceries I took a ride through the countryside on the same roads on which I honed my mountain skills. Since I hadn't spent much time on these roads in the last couple of years and since most of my riding has been on the Wing I really had a good time rediscovering the curves.
Afterwards I grabbed a quick bite at Wendy's and made my way home, stopping at the Hickory Flat Cagle's Dairy for a quick pic.
While I've ridden the Aero off road before I don't think I'll ever attempt to follow a real tractor anywhere on a dairy farm!
Back on the road to home I played around with the camera and snapped a few pics. One pissed off Porche came screaming around me and raced at least fifty feet until it caught up with the eight cars ahead of me. Some folks.

I'm hoping to move and expand this blog over the next year. (Given my lethargic pace I'm betting it'll be Christmas before any major work is completed). The focus will remain on motorcycles but will include more than just photography. But don't worry. Despite even more text on the site I'll remain true to my motto; Not Really Much of Anything Worth Reading. You should feel special.
Sigh.
